I wish all dealers where like this one I had such an amazing experience.

I had an amazing experience and would recommend JO Automotive to anyone and I travelled from London to go and collect my car. I called up last week and arranged a viewing and was able to do it remotely. Then he put my car in for a MOT and Service and made sure that if there was anything that needed to be done it was done ready for me to collect so I could drive away without any problems.

Just bought a 3 series off Josh, great all around. To start, He was quick to offer me a last minute same day viewing on a Sunday. The car was clearly loved by its old owner but Josh had just done a fresh MOT and service to ensure everything was up to scratch. Drove the car 40 minutes home, wonderful car. You have a 30 day warranty but I don't think it will be needed (offers additional warranty for a price via warranty wise), if I needed the warranty I have my full trust that Josh would try his best to help resolve the situation.

Nice guy all around and doesn't mess you about, if you see a vehicle he's selling it's worth going to look at!

Thanks Josh, a no pressure sales approach, "why don't you think about it over the weekend?" Not "it'll only take me minutes to prepare the paper work and are you sure that you don't want the special polish"
None of the "this polish kit is brilliant and will only cost you £299.99." As I've been getting at other dealers.
Picked the Mercedes B class up on Monday afternoon and the following morning four of us drove up to Llandudno. A very comfortable and economic drive.

Bought the car a couple months ago and have had zero faults with it at all, I was supposed to bring the car back earlier to repair a dent in the sill but was unable to due to be too busy, josh was understanding of this and has arranged to bring it back for repair. Amazing customer service.
